The assignment for Pinnacle Infotech Solutions was executed under Aidias Consulting. We were involved in business process improvement studies for all processes in the organisation. In HR, we undertook performance management, training needs assessment, training course design and implementation.
KRAs and performance measures were formulated. The intervention led to improvement in the efficiency and productivity of the core development and support processes. The assignment was carried out in 2014.
The next assignment was a follow-up towards process and efficiency improvement. We were involved in the regular review and audit of all Pinnacle projects, about 70 of them at any point of time.
It involved the review from the aspects of time, quality and cost. The weekly review and feedback helped Pinnacle improve its delivery capabilities immensely.
We also recommended adoption of new technologies for the IT project management system. The assignment was completed in 2015.
