Ranjan Kumar Majumder, Managing Director
Ranjan is the Managing Director and brainchild behind the formation of Constellation in 2011. Ranjan is an engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He has an experience of 27 years in Manufacturing, IT and Education domains. Ranjan has worked in Tata Consultancy Services for 17 years leading Delivery, Center of Excellence and Pre Sales activities in India and abroad.
Dr. Kapileswar Mishra, Regional Director
Dr. Mishra is the Regional Director and promotes Constellation business in various states of Eastern and Southern India. He holds a Ph.D in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and National Doctoral Fellow of AICTE, New Delhi along with a LLB degree from Utkal University. He has a teaching experience of mora than 25 years out of which 10 years as Director/Principal in various Engineering colleges.
Santi Ranjan Saha, Director Business Development
Santi is our Director Business Development. He is a BE Mechanical from Madras University and an MBA from IISWBM Kolkata. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing and has worked in organisations such as Exide, Shell and Shneider. He also trains on management subjects.
Surojit Chatterjee
Surojit assists Constellation with its Marketing efforts. He has a degree in Science and a post graduate diploma in business and industrial management. Starting with a career in Pharmaceutical marketing and training, Surojit has worked in education industry for the last 14 years. He worked in ICFAI group handling corporate relations and then managed a foreign language institute. He will be focusing on business development, education tie ups and soft skills training.
Soumen Dutta, Placement Head & Manager-Business Development
Soumen is the Placement Head & Manager-Business Development in Constellation. He is a Science graduate. Soumen has 20 years of experience in freelance teaching in education domains. Soumen has worked as a Manager in the Hotel Industry for 5 years supervising various functions.
Alakananda Rao
Ms Alakananda Rao is the CEO and founder of Alvari Systems. She holds a post graduate degree from IIT Kharagpur. Ms. Rao has an experience of more than 30 years with organisations like TCS, NCST (C-DAC) and NIIT. She is a certified PMP trainer and consults and trains in a number of subject areas.
Dr. Naveen Das
Dr. Naveen Das is a B.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur, PGDM from IIM Calcutta and holds a Doctorate in HR studies. With more than 26 years of experience in FMCG, durables and education domains. He heads the Management studies program in a renowned institute in Kolkata.
Mr. Agnimitra Biswas
Mr. Biswas is a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta. He has 22 years of combined work experience in PwC Consulting and IBM. He has worked as the Dean of the Management Programme of an institute. Currently Mr. Biswas leads an IT team for development of an ERP system under a premier institute in India.
