We are assisting the Salt Lake Kolkata chapter of Rotary International through the organization SENATE on a livelihood programme as part of our Social Commitment. Rotary is distributing cycle rickshaw and food vans to beneficiaries. Our work involves providing a livelihood training, preparing the baseline livelihood condition and assessing changes in two cycles of six months each.

Constellation is involved in business consulting assignments of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Our consultants have assisted the SAIL IISCO Steel Plant, West Bengal to develop the RFP for an enterprise wide SAP implementation, selection of the implementation partner and overseeing the implementation. Our consultants have also worked on development of the business blueprint for implementation of an enterprise solution for a greenfield venture of the West Bengal government, the West Bengal State Beverages Corporation Ltd.

Constellation was involved in Programme management of a prestigious project of World Bank for the Transport department, Government of West Bengal through Ideation Technology Solutions who were the implementation partners. The work involved development of the department portal, 350 plus bus routes mapping and rationalisation, and development of a bus tracking system using a Driver App and Commuter App. The Commuter App for citizens called Pathasathi continues to be popular and is widely used.

We have worked extensively with the students of Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) – Kharagpur, Guwahati, Palakkad and Jodhpur during the period 2012 to 2019. The work involved placement preparation training on Aptitude Tests, Communication, English, GD practice, Mock Interview practice and Life Skills. We have carried out an end to end assessment of the preparedness at Guwahati and Palakkad.

We have assisted Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) in 2012 with their campus placement initiatives. We visited a total of 9 premier engineering colleges and 14 premier MBA colleges all over India. Our work involved an end to end solution involving pre-placement talk, aptitude and psychometric tests, group discussions, collating of scores and handing over to the DVC technical and HR teams for the personal interview rounds.
