Other than its own network through databases and college connects, Constellation is a strategic partner of the Confederation of Indian Industry, CII’s iPATE program. This program enables us to provide skilled and screened candidates by CII for the industry in various areas of study.Â
- Leveraging of our connect with a wide network of colleges and universities across India to source candidates for our clients
- Use of our online Learning Management System (LMS) for conducting aptitude Tests, domain tests, psychometric tests, coding tests for screening, which also form a part of our training programs for colleges and universities

Case Study on Damodar Valley Corporation
We have assisted Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) with their campus placement initiatives. We covered a total of 9 premier engineering colleges and 14 premier MBA colleges all over India. Our work involved an end-to-end solution involving pre placement talk, aptitude and psychometric tests, GD, collating of scores and handing over to the DVC technical and HR teams for the personal interview rounds.
CII iPATE Programme
Constellation is a strategic partner of the Confederation of Indian Industry, CII, iPATE programme. iPATE stands for Industrial Proficiency Aptitude Test for Engineers. Through this test, the capability of the student is measured in terms of cognitive, professional and technical abilities and scores are provided.Constellation’s responsibilities include:
- Connecting potential recruiters including Corporate HR with candidates
- Matching relevant job openings with suitable candidate profiles
- Liaising interested candidates towards further due diligence
- Arranging group discussions, multi-round interviews for the candidates
- Assisting in final selection of the candidates
- Maintaining a record of the recruiters and the status of the candidates successfully placed
- Closing the process
